Transforming NDIS access & support

We know that accessing and understanding the NDIS can be an overwhelming and intimidating process. Our team are here to take the stress out of understanding and accessing supports through your NDIS plan

Don’t have a NDIS plan yet? Our team provide up to 5 hours of free consulting & advocacy support to help to complete your application and gain access to much needed supports

A modern approach

It’s essential for us that our participants get personalised suggestions on who from our team is the best match. Rather than do things the typical way, we’ve created a system designed around our participants’ needs.

Our Values

  • ALOHA believes that you shouldn’t have to wait to receive high quality Specialised Support. We assign less participants per coordinator and have small intimate workshops so you can get assistance faster.

  • ALOHA staff and participants are respectful and intentionally inclusive to people from all walks of life, including First Nations people, people from culturally diverse backgrounds, and LGBTIQA+ people. We celebrate everyone.

  • Building trust with you by being truthful and genuine in interactions, and by following through with the tasks we have agreed on.

  • You will engage with friendly professionals who understand their roles and want to help you to access services in a way that suits you. We are professional in our interactions and ensure your privacy.

  • Your information is always available to you and we involve you in the conversations you want to be part of.

  • ALOHA work with you to understand the types of services and workers that you would like to engage with and offer multiple options for you to consider.
