Support Coordination & PsychoSocial Recovery Coach
ALOHA offers Level 1, 2 & 3 Support Coordination and PsychoSocial Recovery Coaching
ALOHAs Customer Liaison Officers (CLO) help with support connection; building an individuals ability to connect with informal, community and funded supports to get the most out of a plan
ALOHAs Support Coordinators (SC) work with individuals to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase capacity, to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in the wider community.
ALOHAs Specialist Support Coordinators (SSC) provider a higher level of support coordination for people whose situations are more complex and who need specialist support. Our SSC’s will assist individuals to manage challenges in support environments and ensuring consistent delivery of service.
ALOHAs Recovery Coach’s (PRC) have mental health knowledge and assist with support coordination while spending time with individuals; to get to know them and understand their needs and helping to find the right services and supports.
Offender Rehabilitation & AOD Specialist
ALOHA believes in the importance of rehabilitation and recovery for all.
Our OR Specialists have a vast knowledge of the justice & correctional system and pride themselves on supporting participants through difficult transitions
Our AOD Specialist have varying levels of lived experience and embody the statement “we do recover”. Their focus is on working with participants to engage in a successful reintegration into community living.
All of our staff have completed certifications in offender rehabilitation and AOD modalities. We understand and respect that there are often other barriers to accessing support beyond the black and white of a NDIS Plan
NDIS Navigation / Cultural Liaison Specialist
Our Cultural Liaison Specialists (CLS) work hard to ensure all our services are culturally welcoming and reflective of best practices. They focus on ensuring that all cultural needs are respected in all areas of life and that our workshops offer culturally immersive support. All our amazing Specialist have lived experience within their respective communities and with accessing NDIS supports. They provide a culturally inclusive, respectful and person centred approach

Our CALD CLS supports participants of Cultural and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds
Our Auslan CLS supports our Deaf, Hard of Hearing and CODA participants
Neurodivergency Specialist & ADHD Coach
ALOHA is passionate about the acceptance and celebration of all spectrums of Neurodivergency.
NDIS offers a wide spectrum of supports and understanding which ones best suit you or your loved one can be overwhelming. Our Spectrum Specialist understands that therapy and supports are not a ‘one size fits all” and help participants navigate through accessing the right supports that fit match with their needs and goals.
At present, ADHD treatments and supports are not currently funded under the NDIS and access to assessments (particularly adult assessments) can come with excessive wait times. Our ADHD coach helps you to understand whether you may meet the criteria for ADHD and assist with referrals to assessment as well as identify areas what areas of your life your ADHD might be impacting and strategies to help you manage these effectively
